Physical Fitness - How we Work:

The AF JROTC Raider team team is by far the hardest in terms of mental and physical conditioning.  It combines physical and mental activities that are all designed to improve Leadership Abilities, Individual Strength and most of all, TEAMWORK.  Raiders compete in various challenges that are designed to push their abilities to the limit.
​
These challenges include: the Physical Fitness Test, Obstacle Course, One-Rope Bridge, 5K team run, Land Navigation, and Cross-Country Rescue.
​
Raider Practice: 1500-1700 Monday thru Thursday @ LSHS

NOTE: Each participating cadet must have a valid sports physical and read/sign liability documents in order to participate in any Raider Training or Events.
